The Tree House was originally built as a storage place but evolved through the years to become the house it is today. Johnny Nisson, a friend of Mom and Dad who was involved in sailing, and I built it together. It had trees growing through the porch at the time, which inspired the Tree House name.

Built on stilts, this lofty house features two outside decks. Accessing the front door with steps down from the driveway leads to the first spacious deck shaded by the pine trees. On the other side is a covered deck perfectly situated to watch the trees and admire the canyon walls. Inside, the house features a studio-style layout, with Queen bed, sofa and chairs, free-standing wood burning fireplace, full bathroom with a tub/shower, and a kitchen with a dining table.
